Active Schedules

Your schedule will be active on the days that you choose in the picker:

When your schedule is active, it will:

Automatically highlight active events based on time and whether they're checked off
Show progress through active time blocks with multiple events
Send you notifications for upcoming events (if enabled)
Show system Live Activities for active time block (if enabled)

Which event is active?

Hour by Hour highlights the event that is active right now based on timing. You don't need to check off events in order for it to progress - it will move on automatically. However, if you do check an event off, it will immediately move on to highlight what's up next.

Say the current time is 7:50pm in the following example:

There is a single time block which is active (with the outline.) The event "Wendy lights out" is active because the time is between 7:45pm and 8:30pm. If the user ticked "Wendy lights out", then "Peter lights out" would become highlighted.

Once all events are ticked, the section is considered complete!

Notifications and Live Activities

Tap the bell.slash in the top right of the schedule to enable Notifications or Live Activities:

The two modes work as follows:

Notifications only: A notification will be shown 10 minutes before each timed event is due to begin.
Live Activities: Live activities will be used for time blocks, while notifications will be used for single events with times.

You can choose to silence individual events by swiping it left until the menu opens, and tapping the bell.slash . This icon will then appear on the event itself to show that it won't cause a notification.
