Hour by Hour is designed with privacy in mind. Here's the short version: we don't collect your data.
All your plans and events are stored locally on your device and synced via iCloud. We don't have access to any of it—it's yours, stored in your iCloud account, and we can't see it.
If you use the image import feature, the image you select is sent to OpenAI for processing so the app can extract relevant details. OpenAI retains this data for up to 30 days for safety purposes only and does not use it to train its models.
Right now, we don't collect any analytics or crash reports. If we add analytics in the future, it will be minimal and completely anonymous—just basic usage stats to help us improve the app. We won't use third-party services that track you.
Hour by Hour is free to download. There's a single "Unlimited" in-app purchase if you want to unlock all features. All purchases are handled through Apple's App Store, and we don't receive any personal information about you from these transactions.
